It's not a Juliet balcony or a narrow strip — it's a full private outdoor living space, wide enough for chairs and a table, elevated enough to clear the surrounding trees and buildings, and oriented to capture the mountain panorama that makes Ouray one of the most photographed small towns in Colorado.

The suite has three bedrooms, each with its own character and light. Two full bathrooms mean no morning scheduling conflicts. The living area is spacious enough for all guests to be comfortable, centered on a gas fireplace that provides genuine warmth and atmosphere for winter visits.
The kitchen is fully equipped for serious cooking: full stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, cookware, knives, dishes, and pantry basics. It's the most requested unit and books out fastest for peak periods: Ice Festival weekend (January), 4th of July week, and peak summer (mid-July through August).
